FAQ
Q. Can I take part in the stamp rally on more than one day?
A. No — only once, on your ticketed day. An Extra Day does not add another. It runs 10:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.
Q. Does the Wild Area ticket get me into the Pokémon × KOGEI exhibition?
A. No. You need a separate admission ticket for the Tohoku History Museum (¥1,600 adults, ¥800 elementary–high school students).
Q. What if I couldn’t get a ticket?
A. In Sendai and Miyagi you can still enjoy regular gameplay, Raid Battles, Remote Raids and trading without a ticket. Event-exclusive gameplay and Location Backgrounds are for ticket holders only. There is also the Global event on Nov. 14–15.
Q. Where can I store my bags?
A. The official FAQ does not mention bag storage. Jikaseimen Kirinji (about 360 m from Kita-Yobancho Station) stores bags — no need to eat there, with or without a reservation.
